MOG, Code of conduct and Whistleblowing
MOG 231 Model
In order to obtain the best safety, correctness and transparency conditions inside the company, Pressofusione Saccense with decision dated 22/07/2019 has introduced the “Modello Organizzativo e Gestionale (MOG)” and a Supervisory Board according to D.Lgs 231/2001. This is a further step which we think can help to reinforce the preventive measures to avoid crimes related to the Decree, contributing at the same time to improve the already good relationships inside the company with customers and suppliers.
Any warning can be submitted according to the attached Whistleblowing policy.
Code of conduct
Pressofusione Saccense has collected its guidelines inside e Code of Conduct for the company itself and the companies which collaborate with us. The document collects the fundamental ethic values and defines the ethic-social responsibilities of the company itself towards the external and the internal.
With the Code of Conduct, Pressofusione Saccense engages to have a correct and respectful behaviour towards the work, the human beings and the surrounding environment, as a result of a strong social and moral commitment for the development of sustainability and common value.
